Housing is an important component of human well-being and economic development. Therefore, Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) intends to build 3 & 5 marla houses under Naya Pakistan Housing Project Sialkot comprising over an area of 208 acres. Aimed at addressing issues of huge demand for housing due to rapid population growth and urbanization, the project encompassed a holistic design approach to ensure sustainable service delivery and environmental protection. Our team carried out extensive topographic surveys, geotechnical investigations, and prepared inception, preliminary, and detailed engineering designs. The assignment also included cost estimation and PC-1 preparation, Financial and Economical Analysis enabling effective implementation planning under controlled financial resources. Completed in January 2020, the project plays a vital role in improving Sialkot’s urban infrastructure, ensuring supply of affordable housing units to low income population.
