CONSTRUCTION OF RANA GARMENTS FACTORY

This project entailed the planning, design review, and construction supervision of the Rana Garments Factory, a modern industrial facility developed to meet contemporary manufacturing standards. Located in Khaliq Nagar, Lahore, the factory was designed to optimize production efficiency, workplace safety, and energy utilization, while ensuring compliance with local building and environmental codes.

Our consultancy services encompassed comprehensive engineering and project management support—from geotechnical investigations and contractor prequalification to the preparation of detailed construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Throughout the construction phase, our team provided on-site supervision, quality control, and progress monitoring, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to design intent and safety standards.

The successful completion of the project in November 2021 marked the establishment of a state-of-the-art production facility that supports Rana Garments’ expanding manufacturing operations and contributes to the region’s industrial growth.
