CONSULTANCY FOR DESIGN AND SUPERVISION OF COMMERCIAL BUILDING IN DHA PHASE VIII, LAHORE

Enviro Consult was commissioned for the design and construction supervision of a multi-purpose commercial building for PILDAT, located in the prominent CCA area of DHA Phase 8, Lahore. The project includes comprehensive services across planning, design, and supervision phases, encompassing architectural design, structural engineering, and coordination of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

The building comprises a Basement, Ground Floor, Mezzanine, First, Second, Third, Fourth, and Top Roof levels, with an estimated covered area of 24,000 sq. ft. The facility has been designed to accommodate showrooms, restaurants, and office spaces, ensuring optimal functionality and flexibility for diverse commercial use.
